BioPharma Cluster South Germany active at BPI Europe in Vienna

The BioPharma Cluster South Germany is participating in a panel discussion at BPI Europe, which is taking place in Vienna from 27 to 30 April.

 

Known by the acronym BPI Europe, this industry event is considered one of the leading events for biopharmaceutical development and production.

 

The industry event brings together more than 800 experts from the global bioprocessing sector, over 100 specialist speakers and more than 90 exhibitors covering the entire bioprocessing value chain.

How does collaboration make supply chains resilient?
On 29 April, BioPharmaCluster will moderate and organise the panel discussion ‘Collaboration – The Future Role Model for Resilient Biologics Supplies’.

The focus will be on how collaboration along the entire biopharmaceutical value chain can strengthen the resilience of the supply chain for biopharmaceuticals. Industry experts will discuss potential collaboration models for the future that could be used to manage complexity, mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply for patients worldwide. 

The cooperation models to be discussed include originators, CDMOs and suppliers.

 

The panel will be moderated by Uwe Bücheler, CEO of BioPharma Cluster South Germany, with Christain Eckermann (Boehringer Ingelheim), Ulrich Rümenapp (Bayer) and Melanie Dannemeyer (Astra Zeneca) as panellists.
